Live Life Happily to its Fullest

Hai,

For the past few months, I had been noticing a man when i am going home in the evening. He astonishes me. He wears uniform, which is worn out, stains in many places including paints of various colours and he rides bicycle. He drives it happily, with a style, wavering one of his hand to signal others.

I could see many cars, bikes speeds off him and in few minutes he catches them and there is no traces of being proud, when he overtakes others. He just enjoys his driving.

He doesn't mind about his standard of living, for not owning bike or car, not even a proper dress. Not worried about how he is been looked upon by others.

Inspite of difficulties, he learned not only to live his life but to live happily and to its fullest. He is the inspiration for me and remains my motivator in life.

One of my aunt, my neighbour carries with her always a smile. Noone knows that her life is with many thorns. She laughs and enjoys and her aura will present you happiness, positive energy.

Both of them taught me to do happily, whatever i do - let it be small and simple things. Such people make a positive difference in the lives of other people.

Blaming is always easy to do and it does not going to reap you anything. Appreciate what you have. Happy with what you have.

I had read a story of a girl, who wants to be in the top of the mountain. She trained herself many years for that day. She climbed and when she looked down, she was not happy as she dreamed of something else. She had set imaginary things in life. Decide clearly what you want in life. The life does not always give you what you want. So enjoy the steps of life. If the girl would have enjoyed the climbing itself, even after disappointment, she would have lived happily and with contentment in whatever she did.

Enjoy every steps of life. Siddhartha had everything, all monetary things and still not satisfied and he became Buddha and attained enlightenment. Don't set your standards with materialistic things.

Smile when you see a baby, laugh when you watch Tom & Jerry, play with children, happy when you are with the nature, appreciate others.

Enjoy the little things in life, because one day you will look back, and realize they were the big things.
Oscar Wilde "To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people just exist."
Live your life happily.

Here are the few books listed, which will help you to understand the life and to live it to its fullest.

WHY WON'T YOU APOLOGIZE? : HEALING BIG BETRAYALS AND EVERYDAY HURTS

The renowned psychologist and bestselling author of The Dance of Anger, Harriet Lerner sheds new light on the two most important words in the English language : I'm sorry and offers a unique perspective on the challenge of healing broken relationships and restoring trust. Lerner has been studying apologies for more than two decades. In Why Won't You Apologize? she offers compelling stories and solid theory to demonstrate the trans-formative power of making amends, and what is required for healing when the damage we've inflicted (or received) is far from simple. Readers will learn how to craft a meaningful apology and avoid signals of insincerity that only deepen suffering. In Why Won't You Apologize? Lerner challenges the popular notion that forgiveness is the only path to peace of mind and helps those who have been injured to resist pressure to forgive too easily. She explains what drives both the non-apologize and the over-apologize, and why the people who do the worst things are the least able to own their misdeeds. With her trademark humour and wit, Lerner offers a joyful and sanity-saving guide to setting things right.
  • About the Author: Harriet Lerner is the go-to relationship expert. Renowned for her work on the psychology of women and family relationships, she served as a staff psychologist at the Menninger Clinic for several decades. A distinguished lecturer, consultant and psychotherapist, she is the author of numerous scholarly articles and popular books, including the New York Times bestseller The Dance of Anger.
